9:00 A.M. Disciple Life
10:15 A.M. Worship Service
For God’s Glory, we seek to be a committed, faithful, unified congregation to worship God under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, through prayer, praises, and Bible study. We seek to minister in His name to our community, our state, and throughout the world.
On Sunday mornings we begin at 9:00 am with kids worship, then we head to class with our teachers to learn more about growing in our relationship with God. Nursery is available for all children birth to age 2.
Wednesday nights age 3 through Grade 6 are invited to come to AWANA'S which begins at 5:45 pm. We invite our parents to bring their kids at 5 for our Wednesday night meal, then hang around in the fellowship hall. Our Pastor would love to get to know you better during this time.
Upward Basketball is one of the largest outreach ministries of the year. Volunteers work with children October - February each year as children 1st through 6th grades learn basketball skills as well as teamwork and in the process are taught the wonder of God's love for them.

Youth (grades 7-12) - Sunday mornings will find our youth in class with some awesome teachers who love the Lord and love youth. They are here to help you develop your relationship with God!
Wednesday nights we have Bible Study out in the gym. These studies are from God's Word and strive to help you grow in your understanding of God's Word and His Biblical principles. At times youth are allowed to share what God is doing in their lives through testimony and teaching.
Beginning in September, our youth can be a part of our Strides group. Strides is a worship drama group that we formed 5 years ago. We formed this group to use our abilities (acting and sign language) to worship our Lord and Savior. If you are interested, and are truly going to let the Lord use your worship to glorify Him, you will want to be a part of this group. Practice times are on Wednesdays from 4 - 5 pm and Sundays from 3 -4 pm,
In the Spring our youth praise band (Second Chance) will begin to practice for the summer. If you like to sing or play an instrument then we want to know about it. During the summer, this group (along with the Strides group) will tour and play worship services at different area churches.
The Senior Adult ministry meets every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall. On the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Tuesday bring a sack lunch. On the 4th Tuesday we eat out, so bring lunch money. Come join us for games, speakers, and day trips!
Starting on September the 6th our choir will be back in session. We will begin to work on this years Christmas musical "The Greatest Story Ever Told". If you like to sing, we want you!! Come and join us on Wednesday nights. Practice starts at 7:30 and last about an hour.
Our Adult praise band leads our worship every Sunday morning with a mix of contemporary songs and traditional hymns (with a bit of a contemporary feel) We love to worship on the stage. Our desire is that as we worship, we will lead you into worship.
Jesus tells His Church to make disciples throughout all the people groups in the world. FBCH is striving to do just that! It is our desire to be used in every relationship we build to point people to Jesus. Come check out what we are doing in Missions!

Daniel grew up in FBC. He's been in the ministry since '99 and came back to Hope as pastor in 2017. He has a fantastic family: Laura (wife), Riley (son), and Ella (daughter). They love being a part of people's lives in meaningful ways.
Worship and Youth Minister
Mike has been at FBC for 9 years. Shortly after taking the position here he met Tracey (who would become his wife). They where married in September of 2011 and have a Son (Andrew) and a daughter (Abby). They love spending time together at the lake or in Shreveport with Family (which is where they were both born). Mike has served in ministry for 30 years (youth) and the past 7 years as the music and youth minister. "I love Christmas musicals and Easter musicals and pretty much any kind of music, I also love to take kids snow skiing. They really have to learn to trust you on the slopes which can lead to some great conversations". His favorite Bible Verse is Matt. 6:33 "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness."
Office Manager
Karen grew up in FBC. She and her husband Tommy just gained a son-n-law (Andrew) who married their beautiful daughter Callie. Karen not only works in the office but also teaches on Sunday morning in one of our children's classes.
